Riverside International Speedway (RIS) offers no guarantee that Media Credentials application will be approved. By using a Media Credential or any other form of admission which may be offered to RIS events you are agreeing to abide by all rules of conduct posted by RIS which may be amended at any time without notice. | If requested you will supply, without charge, copies of your work at the Event for use in RIS promotions. | Media Credentials are non-transferrable. | You agree that you, and any minors which may accompany you, are attending RIS events at your own risk and release RIS, its affiliates, directors, officers, agents and employees from any and all liability for injury or other loss relating to the Event, whether such injury or other loss is caused by any person’s negligence or otherwise. Furthermore, RIS, its successors and assigns, shall have the unrestricted right and license to use your image, likeness, name, and/or voice, and/or those of any minor accompanying you, in any live or recorded broadcast, telecast, picture, video, audio, audiovisual and/or other recording taken in connection with the Event or other transmission, distribution, public performance, or reproduction in whole or in part of the Event, for all purposes, worldwide, in perpetuity, and in any and all media now or hereafter known, without compensation to any person. The rights granted herein are assignable. | RIS may decline any application without cause or question; Media Credential applications are not guaranteed until a confirmation letter is sent to the applicant by email.
