Campsite renewal letters for the 2014 IWK 250 (July 18 & 19) will be mailed by early March. If you had a site in 2013, and we have your current postal address, you will automatically receive the renewal letter.
If your postal address has changed please advise by email no later than February 15, 2014.
We will assign sites in three stages:
- Renewals – If you want to renew the same site you had in 2013 you will have approx. 30 days to do so after receiving the letter, which will include a renewal deadline date.
- Site Change Request – If you had a site in 2013 but want to change the location please disregard the renewal form and email your change request by the renewal deadline date. Please indicate where you would like your 2014 site to be located. These requests will be filled as received after the renewal deadline has passed.
- New Site Request – If you did not have a site in 2013 and want to book one for this year we have a wait list; to get on that list please email your name, contact info, and RV details (type, size). These requests will be filled as received after renewals and site changes
