No refunds or exchanges on tickets and camping under any circumstances. On-sale dates, pricing, and more for each event can be found on our Schedule & Tickets page.

All vendors and/or solicitors and/or service providers, whether for profit or not for profit, on RIS grounds require permission and prior approval. Please send requests at least seven days in advance to info@riversidespeedway.ca.

Guests should assume all events other than racing are rain or shine – unless otherwise noted in the event details. If an event is held in wet or cold weather it is incumbent on the guest to wear proper attire and footwear and to be aware of the forecast before attending our events so they can prepare accordingly – and to check with the venue to be sure it is continuing as planned. As noted in the Postponements section of this document, RIS reserves the right to postpone events both for the entirety or to conclude an event that has already started.

In the event of rain during a racing event the racing will be temporarily suspended. Every effort will be made to complete the program after the rain stops and the course is deemed safe for competition. If officials decide the bad weather will prevent the return of safe racing conditions in a reasonable amount of time, the remaining races will be postponed or canceled as follows: If no qualifying or heat races have run, your rain check will be honored at the scheduled rain date. If a portion of the qualifying events has been completed, 50% of the value of your attached rain check will be honored at the next scheduled event. There will be no refunds on your ticket if the main event is more than 50% complete. Please keep your ticket stub as the rain check is attached. You must present your ticket with a rain check stub attached for compensation in case a portion or full rainout happens. NO REFUNDS.
