The MJSÂ Holdings Limited / Prime Lift Limited East Coast Mini Stock Tour (ECMST) will visit Riverside International Speedway (RIS) twice in 2018, up one stop from the series inaugural season in 2017.
The first stop is set for Friday, August 17 in conjunction with the NASCAR Pinty’s Series weekend and the second visit will see the series champion crowned on Saturday, September 8 as part of the Lucas Oil 150 show featuring the Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour. These races are two of the eight stops on the ECMST chase for the 2018 series title with events at five different tracks in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.
Tim Webster (Beaver Bank, NS) won the 2017 ECMST race at Riverside en route to the inaugural series championship.
With its history, reputation, and lure, Riverside is one of the most popular stops for each of the series it hosts and the ECMST is no exception with a full field of four-cylinder race cars expected for both events, each with 50-lap feature races. The Napa Sportsman Series will be on the card along with the minis at both the August 17 and September 8 shows.
The MJS Holdings Limited / Prime Lift Limited East Coast Mini Stock Tour was formed prior to the 2017 race season to help grow the mini stock class in the Atlantic region. To learn more about the series please visit EastCoastMiniStockTour.com.
