All advance ticket holders (reserved or general admission) include admission to Thursday’s inaugural IWK 250 Tailgate Party featuring a concert with Signal Hill, Canada’s east coast acoustic party band. Only advance ticket holders for either July 15 or July 16 will be admitted to the Signal Hill concert (expected to start at approximately 9:30 p.m.).
